Move your body, move your mind

Sometimes it can be challenging to know how to get out of a bad mood. Thoughts get stuck in the same cycle and you feel low on energy. Have you ever noticed how your body-posture is when you are in this state? Probably head down and shoulders a bit forward.
Did you know that you could use your body to get your mind in to a more positive state?

When you use your body the energy starts to flow. The brain produces serotonin and oxytocin which are our body`s happy hormones. This will make you feel more positive, happier and can help you get out of the negative state.
Start by getting up from what ever you are doing, and do something physical to change the state you are in.
It can be going for a walk, strength training, running or anything that shifts your physical state.
One thing that has been proven very effective is the power pose. Have you tried it? Stand up straight, shoulders back, lift your chin and stretch your arms out to the side as much as you can. Feel the powerful feeling inside you.
Try one of these exercises next time you feel a bit low, and tell us how your feel afterwards :)
I really liked how this post talked about moving your body to help your mind and made the link between action and mood easy to see. I once felt stuck writing a big paper and needed Journal Editing and proofreading services to tidy up my words and make my ideas clear, and that relief felt like a good walk after a long day. Your story reminded me how caring for both mind and body matters.
I read the post about how moving your body helps your mind by bringing good feelings and lowering stress through simple activities like walking or dancing, which can make thinking clearer and help you feel happier and calmer in everyday life. I remember when I had to redo a big task for school and used Bold Research Proposal Editing Service once after I took a walk and felt so much clearer and less stressed at my desk. It really made me see that a bit of movement can lift your mood and help you stay focused on hard work.
