You know the days. The days where everything seem to go from bad to worse. It’s very easy to get trapped at this point because many of us start feeling bad for feeling bad. Acknowledge you’re feeling down, and decide on which actions you can do to cheer you up (even a little bit) or calm you down. Being grateful, taking responsibility, blaming less, learning to forgive and yes, even practising random acts of kindness, all predictably increase our happiness.
